Think carefully before you buy this product

An expensive high-tech product imposes obligations on the manufacturer for its maintenance and repair. In my case, after less than a couple of years of careful use of such watches, the display completely failed, which made them impossible to use. None of the official Garmin service centers in Hong Kong was able to repair them, I was also denied a call to the hotline due to the fact that this model is no longer serviced. Obviously, this is not the level of service you expect when you purchase…

Pros
  • Stunning looks and functionality unparalleled. You get a watch with a classic round dial and hands, with a reasonable weight and size. At the same time, they are equipped with a touch screen and a host of modern electronic features. Battery life will vary from person to person, but I only charged my watch once a week.
Cons
  • Problems with electronic components and software, improper warranty service

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not everything is so bad, but there are disadvantages.

Orgnizm asks to return to miband although it costs 10 times cheaper! I do not recommend to buy. Alexey's 2-star review fully reflects my impressions of this device.

Pros
  • Payment by the clock Appearance
Cons
  • The software is buggy, alarm clocks are often not synchronized Sometimes the screen stops responding with an alarm clock, it's terribly annoying because you can't turn it off The screen sensitivity is bad, after miband got used to it for a long time On the back side after six months, the paint began to peel off

The purchase is a failure, very dissatisfied.

The idea to combine a normal watch with arrows, adding to them the functionality of a fitness tracker (after all, even the declared functionality is a tracker, not a full-fledged smart watch) is just a top five. Fresh, original, looks great. Unfortunately, the implementation is three with a minus. The clock freezes periodically (despite the fact that they do not have a restart button). They either receive notifications from the phone or do not receive them. The "search for phone" mode generally

Pros
  • - An original solution that arouses the interest of others - lungs - perhaps the only hybrid watch with the possibility of payment
Cons
  • - unfinished software - glitches and freezes - poor phone connection - backlash of fastenings of a thong

Product is not reliable, not worth buying.

== Do not recommend to buy The watch is not repairable. Garmin, as it turned out, completely lacks the practice of non-warranty repairs. If you buy a watch for outdoor activities (and such watches, it seems to me, are bought for it), you will definitely get scratches on the glass (although it is relatively resistant) and on the case. The case is not under warranty, so do not count on warranty repairs. BUT: and for non-warranty repairs too. In fact, this watch is a disposable toy. == First…

Pros
  • - Look nice - Lungs - There is contactless payment - Break resistant glass - Fast charging
Cons
  • - Software often buggy - Screen sensitivity for an amateur - Some sensors require greenhouse conditions to measure - The battery could hold more - As the charge is consumed, some functions are disabled - The hull is only scratched superficially. Light grouts appear on the black body

I'm amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

1. There are 2 versions of this watch - with a silicone strap (like my wife has) and with a nylon one, the difference in price is about 5 So the difference is not only in the strap, but also in the dial - on the more expensive version, convex numbers 3-6-12 are affixed and the hands are coated to make them more visible. On the silicone version, there are only risks on the dial without numbers. In general, I liked the nylon strap - the hand does not sweat, it is adequately elastic, it does not…

Pros
  • 1. Appearance. Compared to conventional non-hybrid OLED watches (I put various competitors on my arm before buying) - they look like a stylish classic watch and not a tribute to gadgets. There is also a certain wow effect for unprepared observers - "progressive" people perceive you as a retrograde with an ordinary watch. When a message arrives and you read / answer from the clock, they ask questions about what kind of animal it is on your hand. 2. The decisive factor for me is weight. Very light, slightly heavier than a bracelet. At the same time, the functionality and appearance are not at all a bracelet. 3. Time is always visible, but the arrows! The peculiarity of Hong Kong is to work on a scooter - earlier to see if I'm late - you have to stop and poke into the bracelet / get the phone. Here it is simply enough to glance at the hand without twisting the wrist, etc. 3. Battery (here +/-) - with my active use, the promised week, of course, does not live, but given that I do not take them off at night, they keep them for four days. You also need to keep in mind that after the battery is discharged to the level of switching off smart functions (in ~ 4 days) - for about a week they will work just like clockwork. On a trip somewhere, if you forgot your charger, it saves. That's the fact that charging has a proprietary connector - no longer a plus. 4. Liked the app and the badge system. Stimulates to move. There is a feeling that it adapts well to your rhythm of life - it corrects the rate of steps per day, etc. and this is quite in line with expectations. 5. The function of a quick response to messages directly from the watch (there are prepared options like OK / No / Thank you / On the road). Works even in slack. 6. Personally, my music control from the clock works flawlessly. As a player I use google play music. You really can’t steer the volume (I envy this function on Apple Watches), only forward / backward / pause / see what is playing. 7. Garmin Pay - works in the 2022, the card was tied in 2 minutes, all major banks are represented. If your card is not issued by a mainstream bank, it is better to check on the official site whether it is supported.
Cons
  • 1. Rather, a nitpick - in the dark, the hands are not visible, they could have been coated with phosphorus, like on many ordinary watches. On these - there is a coating on the arrows, but without a phosphor effect. It is solved simply - on the main screen (which is displayed by double-tap) you can display incl. and time - at night I poked at the clock and everything is visible. In general, by the way, a lot of things can be displayed on it even taking into account the small screen size and it looks good, i. E. for the appearance of the "dials" - a separate thank you to Garmin. Well, on all the photos of these watches, the color of the dials is blue + white - this can be customized by choosing your color, etc. 2. An unpleasant feature of the phone software (Garmin Connect) is that it is more of a web browser and not a self-contained application. With any manipulation of the clock, it climbs into the Internet. As a result - with a bad network it can be stupid, and if you are on a trip where you do not have wifi / 3g - you will not even be able to change the alarm time. (You can turn on / off the alarm clock from the clock itself, you can prepare several of them in advance. But it will not work to change the time of one of the pre-set alarm clocks). It’s also strange that you can’t start a workout from the application, only from the watch. 3. Not quite a bug-free clock software, although it itself is periodically ated. Once I caught a glitch - I can’t start the workout on the watch, they just silently overloaded. It helped through the application to turn off unnecessary types of workouts a la cardio and then add them back, it no longer appeared. Given that you can’t start training from the application, the bug was unpleasant. 4. There are no controls other than the touchscreen. The button on the side, like that of the same Fossil Hybrid HR, would be appropriate in winter with gloves. On the other hand, the appearance is concise, without protruding parts.

I like everything, the price and quality are acceptable.

As a result: In general, I am satisfied with the purchase - every time you look at the time or check the message - you get pleasure. Smartphone on android. Before that, I used the HONOR band 4 bracelet. After the bracelet, the sensations are, of course, positive (especially reading messages is much more convenient here, the font is larger and the messages are longer), but the price of the device is 10 times higher, and some drawbacks are still present - autonomy (the bracelet lasted a week…

Pros
  • The appearance of a normal accessory, not a gadget toy, Small size (not bulky) and weight - for me it's a plus, Stylish, strict, customizable dials - you display the data you need on the main screen, you don't need to scroll through anything again. It is convenient to configure widgets, their number and display order - everything is very convenient A decent app for a smartphone - a bunch of all sorts of parameters, diagrams, motivating fennecs, etc. etc. Battery autonomy relative to other smart watches (but with reservations - more on that below) NFC and the Possibility of contactless payment (I don’t have NFC on my smartphone - I liked this thing - I don’t need to climb for my wallet once again)
Cons
  • There are no obvious major shortcomings, but there is some incompleteness and underdevelopment or something, there is no such thing as to say - "Wow, cool, everything is done super!" So: 1. Declared autonomy up to 5 days - and yes, if everything is turned off (constant monitoring of heart rate, oxygen in the blood, do not turn on training modes), then, yes - it will last 5 days before switching to the "just watch" mode, BUT if you do not turn it off and use all the functionality - and there are a lot of convenient things - analysis of the level of stress, fatigue, you do not need to enter a password every time when paying for NFC (otherwise, with each payment - a password, but this is not convenient, otherwise - only when you took off your watch or once a day) The charge is enough for a maximum of 3 days, even, probably, for 2.5 days. Upon reaching 20% of the charge - they write to you - "low battery level" and NFC does not turn on. Someone in the reviews wrote that with all the functions enabled, it lasts for 4 days - this is not so. 2. Double tap and wrist movement does not always work - it sometimes pisses me off. At the most necessary moment, when you stand at the checkout before paying - the watch shows character - you have to tap your finger many times. How and why this happens, I did not understand - this was not the case on HONOR band 4. 3. And yes, people have already written that at night the arrows are not visible at all. 4. The nylon strap does not dry out immediately - after a rubber bracelet, this is a little unusual. But this is all solved by buying another strap. 5. The price of 30+ is, of course, a bit high. I bought from the official with a guarantee. But there are no analogues and competitors (only Fossil), so if you want a hybrid watch, you will have to pay. 6. The phone search function is stupid and unusable (the description is in the reviews) - finding a phone using it is extremely difficult. It was simple on the bracelet - you pressed the button - the phone beeps and you find it, and here is the eternal game of "hot-cold". Garmin, if you read - correct, please :).

I'm satisfied, it's a good purchase.

Since this is my first smart wearable device, there is nothing much to compare with, but I can say that I am completely satisfied with it. Although it is worth recognizing that the official price in 2022 is too big, the watch simply does not have direct competitors. I have been thinking about smart watches for a long time, but their toy appearance did not give me peace of mind. Even the most advanced watches did not look like an accessory, while these watches, although they do not look like…

Pros
  • 1. Appearance. Looks fresh and effective. For those who love the classic look of a wristwatch but want to have a smart device on their wrist, this is just the perfect option. At the same time, their appearance allows you to wear them with a fairly large range of clothes, except that with a jacket it’s not a fact that it will look good, but for this you should already consider the luxury version. 2. Battery. Since I am not a supporter of the principle "there is enough charge for a day," then the full 4 days with all the functions turned on suit me perfectly. Charging is fast enough, even from a computer it took 30-40 minutes to charge, so autonomy is on the level here. 3. Functions of the bracelet. The pulse is measured quite clearly, as well as everything connected with it does not raise strong questions. Wildly like the Body battery feature that indicates the level of charge in your body. She ignores bursts of vivacity and adrenaline rushes, so for those who cannot calculate their strength, it’s just a godsend. It helps a lot when driving for a long time. The level of stress also determines well, when there is a strong load, it offers to breathe and relax. In general, watches quite often offer to take a break and move around. Listening to them, I began to take breaks from the computer more often. Maybe, it seems, but he became tired a little less in a day. The clock incorrectly determined sleep only once, considering that I went to bed three hours earlier than it was in reality. I do not rule out that the clock was uneven and distorted the calculation of the pulse, which caused the incorrect reading of sleep. 4. Love the phone notification alerts. The phone itself has been in silent mode for 10 days, but I am always aware of when and what they write to me. There is a quick answer only when the incoming call is reset, but honestly I can’t imagine how this can be implemented for messages. 5. Watches motivate you to play sports. Just because they allow you to track running performance, I began to run in the evenings. 6. Payment by the clock. Not always convenient, but you can show off
Cons
  • 1. The analog dial is extremely dark. Black backing, black hand, black numbers - in low light it is impossible to see the time. It remains only to enable the widget, but then the functions are duplicated. 2. Sometimes a clumsy translation. Often word wrapping or abbreviations are incomprehensible the first time, and all sorts of “no events” or “no messages” are an eyesore. I hope that over time the jambs will be corrected. 3. The player widget works strangely. Either it does not work at all, then it works as it should, then halfway, switching tracks, but not changing the name on the screen. I worked more or less correctly with the built-in player, but I use music, there are often glitches there. 4. Waking up by double clicking is implemented very strangely. You have to not just double-tap, but directly hit the screen. 5. I can’t call it a full-fledged minus, but the gorilla glass glass does not inspire as much confidence as the glass in ordinary wristwatches for 10 thousand. Despite the fact that the gorilla is on my smartphone, which has not collected a single scratch on the screen without a film in a year However, watches are more prone to damage. Let's see what happens to them
