My new hair product!

Oh how I love this jelly! I have one of the most maintenance-intensive hair types: fine, curly hair. And aside from my hair being fine, my hair is also made up of two types of curls: 2C and 3A. I'm constantly trying to build volume at the roots, smooth out curls at the ends while trying to keep the curls even. Type 4a/4b black woman looking for a cheaper alternative to Curly Custard Custard - it works.

The name says it all. My favorite product is Curly Hair Custard. I want a gel that gives curls a lot of control and definition without smelling bad, feeling sticky or crunchy afterwards. Maybe not for natural hair 4c

I tried it on my short TWA and I don't think it helped define my hair. It may be more suitable for other hair types. I don't want to say anything bad about this product because if I'm not the target audience for this product it won't meet my needs but maybe useful for others. I bought it because Naptural85 ran out of Melanin Extending Cream. The Garnier product is heavy. I used it on my 1 year old's hair. She has type 4b hair, rather curly. They frizz when water touches them, so the oil helps stretch the hair. It is very moisturizing and has a light scent. I also used my niece's 4c hair with Ecostyler and JBCO on the ends. The second picture shows conditioner and curling gel. In the first photo there is a curling cream and jelly. I absolutely love this product. I have a lot of fluff. And by noon my hair had turned into a plump nightmare at the bottom and flat on top of my head. I get hold and volume all day without frizz. The best product I have ever used for curly hair!

I was watching a YouTube video about curly hair (my hair is permed) and the woman used Garnier Fructis Style Shaping Jelly. Decided to give it a try as it was very cheap. Well that was the best advice I've heard in a long time! Small things have a big impact.
