will fit perfectly --- This cap is designed for vehicles with unvented fuel systems. I punched a hole in the valve as the previous owner of my jeep (79 cj5) had removed the emission control system.

Didn't fit and wrong color.

The box comes with a rubber o-ring which appears to be from a toilet repair kit and is WAY too thick to fit the lid on. If you want this to fit your car, consider keeping the rubber o-ring from your old one. Oh yeah, and I ordered the black one as pictured here and got the silver one.
