Works as intended on caps

It took me a second to figure out how to properly lock and unlock it. You must hold the lid when closing or opening. It also comes with two keys.

Just as expected as long as you live up to expectations

I bought this gas cap when my 1994 Toyota Camry broke the gas cap. This does what it was designed to do and prevents accidental gas theft/tampering. It won't be seriously hack-resistant, but not a mechanism of this size.

Solid product - caps

We've been using Gates branded products for over half a century and we're usually lucky. Using the My Garage installation tool here at Revain was also a great help as we have only had 3 bricks over the years. This gas cap fits perfectly and closes as intended and hopefully doesn't come off like the last one.
