I had the same brand but pressure cooking now takes longer - 49 minutes! I had one that only lasted 20 minutes

Very difficult to close properly so the pressure works. Also, it broke after less than two years and very little use (maybe 8-10 times)! It just won't turn on anymore. This isn't a problem with my outlets as other electrical devices worked fine in them. I called customer service - there's nothing they can do as the warranty is expired and they don't sell parts for the electrical system. I think it needs to be thrown away. I just wanted to warn others.

I've always been fascinated by my mother's pressure cooker. It was quick and the results were amazing, but it scared me to death with all the hissing and spitting.
