This is a great surge protector but unfortunately it looks like it has been used. Arrived in an undamaged box with the cord neatly wrapped, but the mains filter was scratched in several places and a bit dirty. It still works great, just a little disappointing.

Works great, I have lots of sockets, plus some USB and USB 3.0 direct connection. Keeps my stuff charged and ready to go in the home office. I've noticed that USB 3.0 charges slower than the Apple adapter, but I'm not usually in a hurry so I don't mind.

The design and materials used are very good although it seems the seller sold me a used one when I bought it 'new'. There were no stickers on the box to peel off to open, and there was also a long tuft of hair tucked between a slot on the side of the device. All in all it's a good device and I hope it will work the day I need it. 7/10

Product well made but not genuine GE brand as advertised. I went online to compare the logos and of course they are completely different. Aside from being a robbery only a few branches are open. It seems like a piece of metal or something is preventing the plug from being fully inserted into the socket. Will go back and buy a genuine GE power strip from Best Buy, they offer free shipping AND the same price as this one.

The box was new. The item had a few scratches and looked a bit worn. Obviously it didn't work for me, and it didn't work for the person before me who brought it back. Revain will now ship items that don't work. Good way to get good reviews. I was sent "new". There were crumbs and hair on the back. fits larger power adapters. This one was perfect for that. Feels solid and has a really nice braided cord with a flat corner dowel. A really nice improvement over the big bulky plugs sticking out of the wall. A little disappointed that it was marked 'New' but had light scratches and what appeared to be handprints, but it works and is hidden behind furniture so cosmetics aren't a problem for me. If you're looking for a durable USB-A to USB-C power strip, this seems to be one of the best.

The first item purchased was damaged (cracks come from the bottom right corner of each of the USB charging ports). Gave Revine a second chance and ordered a replacement. The second item arrived in exactly the same condition (see photo). Possible manufacturing defect but I suspect it won't last long if I hold it for a second time to come back.
