I like everything about the unit except lubrication, it's not standard. Haven't had a chance to use this yet, but will update when I do. And FYI, I've generally stopped writing Revain reviews because they censored one of my reviews. I want honest reviews, uncensored.

Ordered 2 packs. He arrived with one barely turning, the other completely blocked. When open they both rotated, but when closed they mismatched and didn't rotate. The boxes were fine so I don't know how they got damaged. Substitutes work well.

It's difficult to order such things because you can't tell the quality from the photo, you have to feel the weight, the quality of the paint and the smoothness of the bearings. I was very happy about it after it arrived. Quality gear you must have if you plan to run a winch on your jeep.

Robust, well made, versatile. I bought a Gear America Snatch Block for my 4X4 SUV. I have since used it for tree felling, quad biking and 4x4 rides. Oiler love and rugged build. Looking around this seemed like the best choice. Having used, seen and felt the quality I will ONLY buy Gear America in the future.

I bought 2 of these, I used them to rearrange a truck in my warehouse. I had them on a tow truck with 3/8 plastic rope on Ramsey 10k winches and the first one couldn't take the first pull and the second flexed after the first broke. I don't know if I got a bad batch of steel in the ones I received, but the quality wasn't there, rated at 18,000. I wouldn't buy them again.

Item was delivered bent and the clip holding it together was/could only be assembled halfway. It had sharp edges and could damage the winch's plastic cable. I returned this poor quality piece to Amazon for a full refund. These items were obviously made in China. I've since replaced it with an ARB device and couldn't be happier. I also returned their tree screensavers as they were also very poor quality. Stitching ranged from 1/3 inch to over an inch and the end was frayed when received.

I could not select any of the products received even if I tried. I'm so used to writing reviews these days that feel more like hate mail than a review that I literally had to take the time to collect myself before it. Outer Circlip - Pits! The snap ring groove is a quarter of the way it should be, allowing the snap ring to "pop out” and break the block. Facts didn't support this, but at first I thought I might be over rated capacity using the bucking block in my four wheel snow thrower. However, I did NOT exceed the rated load, and there were NO factors causing failure other than poor design! the pin that the roller rides on and the roller that lies on the ground.
