the outer diameter was too big for my wheel hub.

The outside diameter was slightly larger than my wheel bearing on my e46. There's nothing a grinding wheel can't fix. will repaint the surface.

Do not use with BMW hub nuts.

If you are replacing BMW sockets then you should not use this plug. Although it is actually a 46mm socket, the outside diameter is too large to fit the sleeve.

Perfect fit for rear wheel nut on 2016 Triumph Speed โ€‹โ€‹Triple R

I got this for my 2016 Triumph Speed Triple R so I didn't have to pay the mechanic extra to remove it the wheel when changing the tire. Now I just take the steering wheel to the shop and they do the rest. This socket fits and works perfectly. Seems well made and sturdy enough.
