Geekworm Raspberry Pi 4 Case, Pi 4 armor case -Grey color, aluminum alloy metal case specially designed for the Raspberry Pi 4 Computer Model B (1GB/2GB/4GB/8GB). All ports and slots of the aluminum alloy case can match with Raspberry Pi 4 Model B computer perfectly. Open case design, don't need to worry about affect wifi signal, it is a great Raspberry Pi 4 heatsink case with good heat dissaption, you do not need to worry about the Pi 4B get too hot. With 3 pieces thermal pads (the thickness is only 0.5mm) to touch the shell body to dissipate heat. You can also use the CPU grease (not included) to get better heat dissipation. Note: If you think the blue Thermal Tape is not good enough for heat dissaption, you can replce it with thin 0.5mm cooper heatsink match with silicone grease (recommend Shin-Etsu Shin-tsu X-23-7921-5) for better heat dissaption.

Impressive Aluminum Raspberry Board

The aluminum Raspberry board left me impressed. My analysis of this product showed that it's a solid and well-built board that performs exceptionally well. The aluminum casing keeps the board cool and there are no issues with overheating. Plus, the board is compatible with various operating systems for different computing projects. The only con is that it's a bit pricier than some other Raspberry Pi boards, but the quality justifies the cost.

The supplied adhesive tape is not thermally conductive!

The "thermal tape" intended to fill the large gap between the case and the chips on the Raspberry Pi is a 3M 9448A double coated cloth tape, it is not thermally conductive and should not be used for heating . Sync apps. According to the 3M website, "9448A Double Sided Fabric Tape. is a medium hardness acrylic adhesive system with both high initial tack and good retention at high temperatures. and] foam bonding. Cool case with pleasant sensations

It is very easy to assemble, fits very precisely and cools better than a small fan. WiFi signal is strong - all signal bars are lit. I have two Pi 4s - one in a plastic case with a fan (made by Canakit) and this one. The Armor case looks very sharp and gives the Pi a very solid look with some extra weight preventing the Pi from moving easily. Two GPIO extenders are provided, which is a nice touch.
