I used these Nail Softner for my 3 year old son, it work like magic, after 1 week of appling the product two time a day, you can see how the ingrow finger began get less read, and his ingrow nail is gone. Great product¡¡¡

One of my big toes often becomes ingrown. I apply this product morning and evening and that generally fixes the problem. If the ingrown toenail is really bad, I use a tweezers to gently bend the nail out of where it is pressing into the skin after the nail has softened. I am ordering my third bottle of the Gehwol Med Nail Softener and am very pleased with the results I have gotten.

This product does not soften nails. For the price it is quite a disappointment. It eases the pain, but does not soften. I give it one star

Easy to apply and the 0.5 oz bottle will go a long way as you only use a few drops. Softens nails to make it easier to remove ingrown portions.

My old review is long gone. I highly recommend this product for ingrown toe nails that you can pull out the corner with an orange stick and get at it to clip it. In my case I use it for two or four days and it becomes effective. By the second day, pain is diminished. By third or fourth day I can pull out the ingrown corner of nail and trim it. This product I used to many many years.softens the skin around the cuticles after wich It is easy to work with cuticles.I highly recommend who has roughened skin and body gets rid of it.

This was an effective treatment for ingrown toenail discomfort. It works over several days. Its application is so easy. A pipette tip easily leaves a liquid trail around the nail bed. The liquid is transparent and odorless.

Ingrown toenails are a bit gross (and very painful), so without getting into detail I will say simply that of the many tools and products I've tried, this nail softener was the first that let me actually deal with the problem. It is very easy to use, and helps alleviate the pressure of the nail surprisingly quickly (noticeable lessening of pain within about six hours of the first application, in my case). It is not a cure, but it is a really useful part of home treatment, and a huge relief.

I thought this softener would soften my toenails so that I could cut them easier, but that is not what happened. I could see what would happen if I had ingrown toenails. It would have worked great.

Didn't do anything for ingrown nails. With the same effect I could use plain water. Pretty expensive though for not working.

I have yet to have an ingrown toe nail since using this product. I use at the beginning signs of an issue and never experience the pain I use to. Will always keep some on hand.

I'm so glad that I tried this product, as it WORKS GREAT! The toenails on my large toes were digging into the skin causing ingrown toenails. I was at my wits end and was going to call a doctor, but I thought that I'd give it a try! I'm so glad I did. The product helped the pain and allowed me to trim the sides. This item took over a month to arrive. It also came with instructions on the bottle written only in Greek, on kind of a cheap, white paper label. I am actually wondering if it is a real or counterfeit product -- it seems nothing like the other Gehwol products I have ordered. At any rate, it did not work in the slightest.

Ive been struggling for years with ingrown toenails and right before vacation my toes were killing me. I could barely walk & within a day of applying this gel, I was pain free! I did have to be consistent & apply it each night, but now I go weeks before I need it again. Really a lifesaver and this is one of very few if any reviews I have bothered to write on amazon. I just had to rave about the product bc it was the great reviews that made me give it a try. & I have tried them all!

Best for intermittent use, prior to lifting and nipping off ingrown part. Over-use it and your nails can turn to mush! Start using just on the ingrown corner a couple times a day for two or three days before a pedi. I had terrible problem with several ingrown toenails over the years. My nail tech suggested I try this product and now whenever I start to have an ingrown toenail, I start applying this to the whole cuticle around the nail AM and PM until the problem is relieved. Sometimes I do have to cut the edge of the nail, but at least the skin is softened around it so I can do it without much problem. Often the product takes care of it on its own. I will not be without this product.

This product has been very helpful in preventing ingrown toenails on my big toes. Very easy to use and lasts a long time. That's my feedback!

I have used this twice a day since the item arrived (on time). To date, it has done nothing to soften toenails. I will dontinue to use this until the bottle is empty. I would like to evaluate at that time.

I was hoping that since it was coming from Germany it had to work. Sadly like their cars it was overrated Works but takes awhile..

I thought this was a mistake purchase at first. Didn't think it really did anything the first time I used it. Tried it again for an ingrown toenail.WOW! Relief in moments! Takes just a drop or two. I do recommend this for ingrown toenail suffers. Won't cure it, but definitely helps relieve pain and helps with the healing process.
