Support phone numbers must be included in the owner's manual. It doesn't really show how many SIM cards are needed and how to install them. So for the wasted money.

Bought for my mom in Michigan. It worked in Chicago but not in Michigan (NO SERVICE). It doesn't seem to be very compatible with US frequencies/bands (made in China).

This worked as a replacement for my T-Mobile hotspot at home. I just charged the phone, inserted the SIM card and flipped the button to the ON position (next to the SIM card). Remember that this is basically a big cell phone, you can turn it off and take it anywhere in the house. In order not to receive voicemail notifications, I signed up for YouMail to receive email notifications.

The phone itself is very cheaply made and comes with no papers. I took it to Walmart and they spent over an hour activating EVERY service. Eventually they sent me to T-Mobile and it worked. $20 monthly fee! This is for my disabled son in law who lives in a nursing home and I think it will work great. Thanks, I would end up buying another one if I needed one.

This is the perfect phone for my elderly forgetful mother! She can't carry it around and lose it, and it's very easy/habitual for her to pick up the phone when people are calling. Also, the menu is much simpler and easier to use than the similar phone I've had for my mom in the past.
