Genoya is great!! Very professional and helpful!!

Great customer service from start to finish! Never any hassle or issues when dealing with our representatives at Genoya!! Very professional all around. I've been working with several companies now; this is my first time ever using an organization that doesn't make me feel like they are taking advantage of me. You guys just care about keeping it right without trying too hard or spending way more than you should have to. We aren't sure what we want but your team has helped us find answers so…

  • Their staff seems genuinely interested in customers who contact them as opposed many other organizations where there's definitely less concern over whether their clients truly receive quality services/information..Also, quick turnaround times (ease) while needing work done quickly..even if needed by last day before payment period ends good support provided even within such short

Genoya is an easy to use payroll program

The best thing about this software is that it allows you to do so many things for your organization without having to hire someone specifically for each task. I wish there were more options available when adding new members to an account but overall everything works great! Sometimes some of the features are confusing or outdated which can be frustrating if you're not familiar with them yet. We use a lot of different programs at work though we only have one person who uses genoya exclusively.…

Great Customer Service / Very Friendly Team

I like that we have been able to track all of our leads online using their platform. They are always very quick at responding when there's an issue or something goes wrong for one of my clients (the system). The support team has also improved over time which makes it easy for us now! We don't really dislike anything about this program so far but perhaps more options would be nice!! As always though, they're great people who care about your business needs/concerns - they know what you need…
