The strap was easy to put on but the real reason I needed it was because it was waterproof. The original strap that came with my watch had a strong smell from washing hands while working in healthcare. I needed a strap that could get wet and not smell like sweaty leather. This strap had no odor and is more stylish than the original watch strap. Lots of compliments since I installed. Very satisfied. horse only it took a little longer.

Fossil Gen 5 HRT has an excellent silicone strap, but for the money a waterproof leather strap with quick release pins is cool!. I have blue stitching, black stitching was also an option. A great solid band that you definitely want to wear.

I purchased the Alpine strap as an alternative direct replacement for the 20/18mm Hamilton Khaki Field 38. This is a very unusual black strap in white stitched in the box is unique to watch watch. The original Hamilton replacement is $65, so I'm happy with this $25 purchase.

I gave my husband an original watch from a famous company for his birthday. The only problem was that it came with a red plastic strap. I decided that this group would be more comfortable and suitable for him! He said everything went in leaps and bounds and no tools were required. Looks very nice on the wrist. He especially liked that it was waterproof; something I didn't know would matter to him. He highly recommends it!

I didn't expect the strap to be so good for the price and would use it until the factory strap was replaced. Now that I have a group and I'm confident in its quality, I'm sticking with it. Very beautiful and well made. The blue thread with an accent is a nice touch.

I don't know if this strap belongs to this company as the outer box says 'alpine leather' but I am judging the product based on that , what I have. I was looking forward to this strap because of its thickness, but I will be sending it back and will probably not order a new one. The top strap with quick release is in the front! How could you overlook this when packaging the product. The writing is clearly on the back of the strap, so you can't flip the buckle over or the strap gets flipped.
