Awesome Filament and really Strong

I printed this on my Dremel Digilab 3D45 and it came out excellent! Probably my most favorite Filament to date! You have to have an enclose 3D printer as this require a lot of heat for good layer adhesion. And a heated bed is a must if you want to print this.Print settings:Bed Temp: 100cNozzle: 260cFans: OFFLayer: .2Speed: 40Infill: 30 to 80% both have printed perfectBrim: 7linesSupports: If needed not on this print

Pros
  • The product was shipped out quickly. So far so good.
Cons
  • The translucent prints may not be suitable for all types of projects, limiting the versatility of this filament.

Full of knots. on my review.

Products made using this filament turn out looking really good, however the spool I got keeps knotting up and is very tangled. I have had 3 failures to print because of three separate knots. Each time I have to fix the tangled filament and it looks good until about 5 hours later I will experience a knot again. Waiting for vendors response.

Pros
  • Good product. Works great with my 3D printer.
Cons
  • The dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm may not be high enough for highly precise or intricate prints, limiting the potential uses of this filament.

Great product for my opinion

Excellent for filament, easy to work with, strong and flawless. I think PC is one of the easiest filaments to print with. It has no strings, doesn’t warp and bridges well.Heater bed set to 105c hot end 145-150. Doesn’t need much in retraction.

Pros
  • Worked pretty well. I didn't have any issues with it.
Cons
  • Polycarbonate filament can be more difficult to work with and requires a higher printing temperature, increasing the risk of warping or other printing issues.

Works well - my new review

I use my 3d printer for end use parts that see alot of stress and i needed a harder more durable filament. This has good clarity and prints well in its heat range.

Pros
  • Works great for being Polycarbonate!
Cons
  • Translucent prints may not be as opaque as solid prints, making them less suitable for certain types of applications where complete opacity is necessary
