Great for stretch fabrics

Purchased this in order to sew stretch jersey. A little fiddly to wind on the bobbin at first but there are some great tutorials on YouTube that show how to wind wooly nylon using your machine without creating tension. This allowed me to retain some stretch when hemming stretch jersey tank tops. It's not as stretchy as the fabric and you will still have to be careful putting items on, but it does the job well enough.

Made of multiple strands that are not interlocked

I've never used nylon thread before. (Sailrite recommended a nylon thread for upholstery with a little stretch to it.) This thread has multiple fibers; they are not interlocked / woven together. It fuzzes into the individual pieces as soon as you pull some off the spool. Threading a needle is a challenge, but if you lick the end you can do it. But, then it snagged immediately in the bobbin assembly, so I gave up, went to Wally World and bought polyester.

Great for sock heels

Good stuff. I use it when I am making socks . for the heels. I grab this and knit it along with my yarn and you can't even tell it's there. But so far, no holes in my heels and I wear my wool socks ALL THE TIME.

Terrible thread, just kept breaking. I was unable to use it at all.

I tried but unable to use. Worst serger thread I have ever tried to use. I am going to return the black thread. I have not opened it after my trials with this one. Instead of paying to return it, I’ll donate it.

Perfect for stretch! Plus bonus sewing tip.

I love using this thread, it's made sewing stretch fabric so easy!PS. Using this thread with a zig-zag stitch can be tricky. If you can, use an overclock stitch. It leaves a beautiful, tight seam that mimics a serger.

Sewing with fluff - my new review

Are use a woolly nylon thread a lot because I sew with net fabrics. A lot of things I make our athletic wear. This thread is so thin. It’s very hard to thread my machine with, and constantly breaks after it is threaded. It separates very easily and is like fluff.
