Building your Closet Home Gym?

This little thing surprised me! It’s very light weight but incredibly sturdy. I’m 250 pounds, right at the top of most equipment weight limits. This board feels solid when I’m on it, I don’t worry about it breaking at all.The surface is very good, with a pair of good sneakers you won’t slide any. I’m starting with only balance exercises at first, as I’m very out of shape and find many exercises hard to keep stable on. Knowing that I can use this to add additional core training to other…

Pros
  • Non-slip surface for added safety
Cons
  • May not improve mental health

Super Well Made and WONDERFUL to Use for Balance and Muscle Tone

Take the RIDE of your Life -- towards better balance and stronger legs.! I use this near the couch so I can mount it easier -- from a sitting position -- and it becomes easier and easier to get crazy with it. I'm essentially using it for paddle board practice, and I even incorporate a paddle with it! Well made, and easy to store under the couch!

Pros
  • 360° ROTATION & 15° TILTING ANGLE —— 360° rotation design can rotate all direction from side to side, front to back. 15° titling angle increase the difficulty to exercise, which is perfect for balance training, core stability workouts, enhance coordination and body awareness.
Cons
  • Not suitable for outdoor use

Does the trick. in my review

Great for ankle and balancing exercises however, side to side (balancing on one ankle) exercises are best when the disc side can touch the ground, creating a stop point while balancing on one foot then back to center. Unfortunately this disc is too tall and in my opinion, could potentially hyperextend the ankle. With practice and focus, the lateral ankle stretch can be done with this disc but again, focus must be placed upon proper mechanics and not allowing over extension of the ankle.

Pros
  • Can be used at the gym or at home
Cons
  • May not be effective for cardiovascular health
