I guess I'm the only one not having problems? The mophie for my s9 has worked great and it's done its job. I've tried different brands for different phones and none of them work like mophie does. Yes after a year or two the battery decreases in the battery case that's expected. When it gets to 100% it automatically turns off, which is awesome because it doesn't waste battery.

Mophie's are great new but buying a 4 year old battery case for a four year old phone, even if it hasn't been used, does not yield the battery benefits you'd expect. After two weeks, plugging my charger into the case would no longer charge the phone battery.

Have used others in the past. I was unimpressed by this. I understood it wouldn't completely charge the phone. But now it no longer charges my phone while in the case. I have to remove the phone which defeats the whole purpose. Will have to look into something else. Essentially just a big case. It has protected my phone so there's that going for it.

Have had 2 mophie cases in the past year. The first one became brittle and cracked after a few months. This one fried right out of the box, wouldnt take a charge and would shut off mid charge. returning and trying a different brand.

When I take my phone out and charge it separate, it works, but when plugged in to Mophie, it's not working at all. Have only had this in less than 3 months, is this refundable?

When I first brought the case, I thought it was defective, but then I realized that I had to keep pressing the button in order for it to turn on as well as to turn it off, so it works great! When I first brought the case, I loved it, it felt good in my hand and it is actually lighter than most battery cases. It also charges my phone quick. So it was just what I was looking for. Thank you!

Box looked used and case wouldn’t fully charge and wouldn’t charge phone, or let the phone charge. Not fun to wake up to a dead phone and a dead battery case. I went to return it and I had to print a postage label and the purchase a shipping option, which ended up being almost 1/2 of what I paid for the case. Frustrating and disappointing was my experience with this purchase.

Its a good battery pack I've been using for 3 or 4 years now. They easily get cracked when dropped, so do try to not drop it from a tower. Each case has lasted me about a year before it gets too busted up from dropping it while fighting with my pupils. The battery has never failed me, even when the case itself get destroyed. I highly recomend this to all my fellow warlocks, you never know when your owl will fly off and youll need to use muggle equipment as a back up.

Neither of the items that I purchased worked. Instead of charging my phone, they drained the battery. I quit using them. I will probably need to send them back.

Great product for a great price. My previous case broke. It was nice to find this one and for it to come so a quickly. Did not work!

This is my 2nd mophie case. The first lasted three years. The second lasted 4 months. Both cases they stopped pass through charging so you had to remove the phone to charge it separately from the case. I ordered the second because the first lasted 3 years but it seems quality has fallen off. The case still works but it no longer passes through charge.

After 30 days it would not hold a charge or allow to be charged. The company was great in refunding my money but the product not so much.

It doubles my battery life. However, the first time I dropped it, it got a small crack that kept catching on my pocket. I was able to cut off that chunk and file it smooth. So, it is no longer pretty, but it still works great!

It is great to know I don’t need to worry about being tethered to a cord each day. With my mop hive I can actually skip a day charging and not worry.

Its flatter then my last one, which is great but it has one drawback, the buttons on the side to turn your phone off, are so flush, that you have to use your fingernail to activate it. Its a poor design. And it takes forever, to charge it up. I have only had it for about a week and its not working well at all.

charges phone like 10% after full charge, I only just received it a couple days ago and had to try a couple different times to make sure I wasn't wrong.

Bought this for my son, he loves it. He can charge the case and phone at same time, and once charge it last all day for him. Only charges phone approximately 50%. My last mophie for the galaxy 6 gave a full charge.!
