This is a pretty good product, I am between 175-180lb region for reference. I ordered a medium according to the reviews and size chart. It fits as expected, comfortable, and easy to put on. My back feels straighter and holds in place beautifully, I highly recommend this product.

This is my honest, non paid opinion! The stretch is amazing, but that’s the only Good thing in My personal option. The steel rods in the back, they dig into your back and buttocks. And the front of the waits trainer DO NOT cover the lower half of your stomach! So, while you have it it, your are feeling all day like, your stomach is hanging out and showing, it’s very uncomfortable feeling. I ordered a M and I’m 5’8 and 170lbs. It was a bit hard to get on but now that it’s on, it fits well and I’m sure it’ll stretch more. I’m pleased with it, it’s very comfortable. Only thing I would change is that the wraps don’t come from the back, they come from the side, so you can’t tighten it as well. It’s very stretchy, almost too much.

It’s not a typical waist trainer that’s very sturdy and tight. My waist is 28-28.5 inch ish and a size S is not enough. I would give it points for comfortability. But the fact that I have to use the smallest ring possible just says that it’s not small enough, the wraps are the only thing helping making it tighter. i bought this in a 4X and i weight 230lbs and it fits perfect ! not too tight at all. it’s hooked on the last row of hooks and there’s still room for breathing ! i plan to wear this on my runs and walks. it’s also comfortable enough to sit with also !

I needed a sweat waist trainer that didn’t roll and that I could get tight on my own without help. I love that it is ribbed and also has velcro across. It doesn’t roll and you can seen the progress with the different hook sizes. Love this and I want another one for daily use, so it doesn’t have the gym sweat on it
