The ease of use for both candidates & employers! It’s so easy to create an account with giant screenings which makes it even easier when you are looking at screening resumes in bulk or searching through them all. There is nothing I dislike about this platform but maybe if there was more features available within their system? That would be great!! The ease of use for scheduling events using their software was great!
