I love this product. I use it for full body epilation (legs, arms, eyebrows) and it does the job perfectly. I have to say it can get a little messy, for example if you don't keep the wax upright in a heating pad after use and let it cool for a few hours all the wax will move to one side. and get stuck and difficult to remove if it goes outside the container. the consistency was so bad and soggy when it arrived. Just thought, okay, maybe it was hot outside so it's a bit bland. Once I warmed it up, it was VERY hard to apply to skin and tear off. the wax was slippery like honey, except it didn't harden when tapped. IDK why would anyone use this wax if it doesn't harden. I had to try to wipe it off my skin and the wax stained my hands and toilet. It was very difficult to take anything off. Don't waste your money on this product.

I had to cut my hair because of it. Never use it again. I was just doing my hands and needed a quick shower and going to a family reunion. During the shower I did everything I could to get the wax off my hands. Also this was the first time I used it on my hands. I got up quickly after my shower and went to the party. I really like the wax itself but I will NEVER order online again. It was still sealed when it arrived in the mail, but the wax had seeped through the edges and all sides, turning it into a gooey mess that could no longer be used. I should have returned them but didn't think twice and now I'm stuck with them if I can't figure out how to clean them all as I can't put them in the greenhouse like that. Miserable!

This wax is amazing. I've been using it since 2013 since my friend recommended GiGi to me. I use it with the Gigi compact heater. Here are my tips: - If you're going to use it on yourself, get a metal wax spatula! Wooden spatulas break and you have to apply a thin layer of it, while metal wax spatulas work best (I have a 2-pack here at Revain for $6). You need to use this with some kind of wax heater protection, like GiGi Clean Collars. Otherwise, the wax will drip into the heating pad…
