My wife and I were looking for shorts for my daughter to wear under dresses. This is compliant. Cheap, so we have quite a few, but cheap means they don't last long at all. Exfoliation after the 1st wash.

They seem to work well. We've put on, washed and dried a few pairs and they're holding up. I bought these to use under my daughter's dresses and they are great for that. I wouldn't recommend them as standalone cycling shorts. They are not suitable for this. She doesn't complain about them canceling out, so they seem to stay in place even during active play.

Great shorts to wear under dresses. I bought a pack of civilian clothes. The material was too thin and see through for my child to wear like regular shorts. They fit her loosely because she's skinny, but they sit around her waist like most stretchy shorts. The soft nylon material is more like the material used for pantyhose. It wasn't exactly what we were looking for, but it's still a good option for girls' dresses or skirts.

This is the second set I'm buying for my girls. They are perfect as playground shorts to wear under dresses. This is a nylon knit material, similar to leggings, so they have a bit of stretch. As a result, my four year old (size 6) and eight year old (size 10) can share when I received the media. The colors are the same as in the picture. Beautiful and bright! They don't stretch either. However, I wash them in a garment bag and let them air dry, I don't put them in the dryer.

Very small. I ordered 12-14 and my 11 year old couldn't wear them. My very skinny 9 year old daughter put them on but said they were uncomfortable for her. They would fit under shorts or pajama shorts for my 9 year old but not as stand alone playground shorts. Very thin spandex material that hugs everywhere and reveals everything if you get what I mean. I would say that size 12-14 is suitable for a 7-9 year old child depending on their build.

I ordered these to match a two year old girl's clothes. They're short enough not to be seen normally and don't go high on the thighs, soft fabric. They're sheer, like pantyhose, and the biggest problem is that they run small for us. I'm a size 4-7 and they are slim and always fit her but because of the tightness. Of course my 2 year old wears a size 6 but I still assume she can wear it if it is a size 7.

It would be nice if they didn't shrink when washed. My average height 5 year old barely fit in a size 4-7 but we thought we got it right with an 8-10. until they get smaller. She has sensory issues with clothes and came so close to winning that she was actually able to wear them, but it ended up being just another waste of money. suddenly whatever she was going to wear.
