I'm trying to buy products that are vegan and cruelty free. This is a nice shampoo with a citrisy aroma. It lathers well and leaves hair soft but I think if you have frizz you will need a serum as well.

I have curly hair and follow the curly girl method. I love this shampoo. It smells good and checks all the curly girl boxes (no sulfates, silicones, etc) and no parabens for me. I went to a stylist who did a "detox” on my hair and nothing came out, so I feel good that this shampoo is clean and high quality. I’ll purchase again.

The formula has changed. It's less of a "tingle" now, and more of a burn. Not happy about that at all. The smell is also a bit off-putting. Not sure what has changed since my last purchase 6 months ago, but either it's not the original product in the bottle, or the ingredients have changed. Love this shampoo. I was using maple holistic sage shampoo for a long time but recently I have noticed my hair gets dull and rough by using that shampoo so I needed to switch to something gentle but effective to clean and antidandruff at the same time. After trying many shampoo finally settled down with this one. Looooove this one. Hair makes soft and not dry at all and cleans my oily scalp great. All the ingredients are perfect. No question about any ingredients.

The shampoo is nonfragranced though it does have a lasting smell, and it doesn't produce a lather. The shampoo does seem to clean hair.

After 3 weeks of use, I can say that this shampoo is meh. It lathers well enough, doesn't really moisturize (use a conditioner regardless) and isn't great for flake control compared to other brands that I have used.What really lowers the rating is that the fragrance of this shampoo is absolutely overwhelming. We now have well water and my hair recently started being weighed down. After looking into what to do for hair and skin with well water I came across clarifying shampoo as a solution. I’ve never used clarifying shampoo before but after one use of this my hair is already drastically better. The volume it once had is coming back and no longer looks oily after two days.

Gives a great scent, very moisturizing and leaves the hair squeaky clean. I can not speak about the volume due to my hair is curler, so the volume is naturally there once the hair is dry.

Smells great, cleans great, but it leaves my hair a bit dry after wash, and definitely needs conditioner after, if not my hair gets too many knots in it.

If you have oily roots but dry ends, this is the shampoo you need! I use it every day to control frizz, moisturize and keep my hair shiny.

My scalp was literally aching so bad, and dr. Google thought it may be that my scalp's pH was off. So I researched shampoos and decided to give this one a shot and it seriously fixed the problem within 2 washes. Very happy with this product, will continue to use.

This cleans my hair and scalp well and leaves it smelling great. Also, the size of the bottle is a great value and I prefer this push dispenser over the "cap and squeeze" designs of other shampoos.

I was dealing with extremely dry scalp and after a couple times using this shampoo, my scalp was visibly less dry and flaky. I highly recommend if you have dry, itchy scalp and can’t figure out a way to get it under control. Worked wonders for my dry, itchy scalp.

Ever since my hair grew back after chemotherapy, I have searched for a shampoo that can help to reduce the itching of my scalp that has been a constant problem. The itching can actually wake me up in the middle of the night. While this has not completely eliminated that itch, it has helped a lot. Highly recommend using with their conditioner. Tea tree has a specific scent that most people find to smell medicinal. I don't mind the scent. So the shampoo is a clarifying shampoo and I use at least five days a week. When used with their conditioner, my hair is so very soft. The shampoo does it's job for what I bought it for.
