This is the hoop skirt I have been waiting for! Being a petite-ish adult woman, it has been difficult finding a cotton hoop skirt that isn’t too long, and impossible to find with ruffles (in cotton)! This one is amazing! It fits perfectly in length and in the waist. It is a very nice circumference and a natural shape that is full but not overly exaggerated. I couldn’t be more pleased.highly recommend this product!

Just too puffy for her dress. Small tear by wire but could be easily fixable. Will be buying the other style in her size when available.

But it’s probably better for walking and such this way. It’s much lighter than it looks. The hoops are really flexible which is great for little ones but if you’re looking for something more ridged this isn’t the petticoat for you

I bought this hoop skirt for my 8 yr old daughter who loves "poofy” dresses. It’s a little bit on her, but I did that purposely so it would fit a few years. We just roll it up at the waist alittle. Many of the petticoats I looked at we're more affordable but just looked very. triangle-y. This petticoat is *amazing*. It's breathable, comfortable, and not itchy. My 5 year old loves how it makes her puffy dresses look.
