I've only ridden three 20 mile rides so far which isn't much of an ordeal. But - I bought them because my custom made specialty shoes were causing hot spots, toe numbness and broken toenails. So happy I bought them! I was looking for my first pair of Peloton cycling shoes. After trying another type that I felt was too stiff and narrow and really digging into the bones on the sides of my legs (because I have wide feet) I thought maybe I could adjust the width by doing try it with a lacing.
