Last but not least and narrow

I bought these to replace some shoes that were too small. Your soles are not hard. This is disappointing. I have Vans that are basically equivalent to these. These Giro shoes have a Vibram sole which I thought would last a long time. It's not like this. My pedals eat through these shoes quickly. I am very disappointed in this purchase. They were expensive and don't work any better than my skateboard shoes. They are uncomfortable as they are narrow for normal size shoes. If you look at these…

    Pros
    • I wear men's 9 1/2 US. Size 43 fits perfectly
    Cons
    • Not suitable for riders with flat feet or high arches.

Damn shoes, they just look good. Don't buy this!

Shoes look great, high quality leather, only a few months old and 2 serious issues. The first shoe is larger than any shoe you've ever worn your size. Go 1/2 size smaller. Don't put insole inside due to lack of space, it will put the foot too high in the shoe, so the comfort is annoying. Secondly, the sole began to peel off immediately after the first step on the pedal. Don't waste your money!

    Pros
    • Cumple con lo Que Bone. Además muy comodo point caminar.
    Cons
    • Jiro didn't handle it very well. Poorly made.

Pretty good best in my rating

Pretty good. Comfortable, true to size, looks good in the mud. I haven't had any tread break issues as some people have mentioned in the reviews and I ride flat. Maybe they changed the material or I'm just not that picky about my shoes. They don't feel as grippy as my 510s, but they are better than some options. In general I am very happy with them.

    Pros
    • Really helpful.
    Cons
    • I think the shoes themselves are pretty good, but the laces are terrible. They are easy to separate from the distance.

after 3 months in my review

My trip consists mostly of hiking trails and about twice a week. So far, so good. Holds pedals well. I like that it's a bit stiff/tough compared to my Converse. I feel a little safer and more confident when driving on a narrow path, I have to overcome bumps, stumps, branches. The outsole is also good.

    Pros
    • Very comfortable and durable.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for some pedal types.

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

    Not enough grip

Great shoe except when it's wet or when you need a strong grip. It's good for retuning, but I find my pedals slipping more than I'd like in certain conditions. Durability and comfort were excellent.

    Pros
    • Pretty good shoes. Not as grippy as five dozen straight out of the box, but they get better with more ride.
    Cons
    • May affect foot placement on pedal

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

As they said, the soles were immediately damaged.

The soles are immediately gnawed by the spikes on the pedals. Good upper but the sole is not suitable for cleated cycling. Too bad. Not worth much.

    Pros
    • Fits great and looks great. I had my first mountain bike crash in them and they never flew off lol.
    Cons
    • Worst mountain bike shoes. They don't stick and the soles gnaw after a ride.

    Excellent shoes in my review.

You sent us the wrong color shoes. They took care of the problem and we were satisfied. The shoes are comfortable and true to size. We will order here again

    Pros
    • Perfect fit, love them.
    Cons
    • May cause irritation or blisters in some users

Good shoes! - my new rating

Pleasantly surprised by the fit and comfort of this shoe. Even if they appear small at first glance, any reservations are removed when you put them on.

    Pros
    • Good shoes, but are 1/2 size smaller.
    Cons
    • Limited breathability for the legs

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

    Not recommended for skiing!

The shoes are beautiful and comfortable. Good shoes for every day but not recommended for riding. The soles cracked after a few months of riding. Used Five10 for 2 years before they got to this point. Would buy again if I hadn't ridden it.

    Pros
    • Extremely lightweight which makes it easy to carry and use for a long time without any discomfort.
    Cons
    • Limited flexibility in upper construction

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Decent bike shoe! the best in my rating

Overall a good shoe at a reasonable price. The fit was what I would expect from an athletic shoe, acceptable comfort for a hard soled shoe that can be worn off the bike for a while.

    Pros
    • These look good and true to size.
    Cons
    • Not suitable for other types of cycling

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Comfort and the optimal amount of "stickiness " on the sole.

Great shoes for cycling with flat pedals. I've ridden them 40-50 miles and can describe them as superbly supportive and comfortable. Great value for the price paid. Recommend

    Pros
    • My favorite BMX and MTB shoes.
    Cons
    • Requires special cleaning and maintenance

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

Don't stop long when riding hard

The soles of these shoes wore out after about 8 rides. I am very disappointed as I thought I would get at least 6 months. I would not recommend this shoe to anyone who travels a lot.

    Pros
    • My son enjoys them
    Cons
    • See my pictures. I got 5 months out of the sole. The sole started to tear after the first ride.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

The bottoms fell out on my review.

A bit disappointed that I loved them when I first got them just before the bottom started to fall apart. I just started riding again and they were really nice and comfortable but then the bottom just didn't live up to the hype I guess

    Pros
    • Por un precious muy bueno y me encantaron
    Cons
    • Limited color options

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Better for commuting or around town than mountain biking.

I'm a size 14 so my choice of flats is limited. They are not as sticky on the pedals as I would like, especially when wet. There's no arch support either, but the insoles are easy to remove, so I added super feet. They're pretty stiff for power transfer and they look nice.

    Pros
    • My teenage son loves them!
    Cons
    • Needs extra time to crack for some users

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

Waste of money good for me

Waste of money, poor quality. It's been less than a month since I started using them and the soles are already showing signs of wear - cracks - which by the way have terrible grip. I am very disappointed in these shoes.

    Pros
    • They are highly flexible, allowing for easy movement and flexibility while cycling, which can improve performance and comfort.
    Cons
    • Limited arch support

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    Terrible for cycling

First let me say the looks and fit are great. But it's anything but a mountain bike shoe. I have a little over ten rides on this pair and they are ready. The grip is terrible from the start and only gets worse. I am very disappointed with Giro.

    Pros
    • The shoes have excellent cushioning properties and reduce the impact and pressure on the feet when cycling.
    Cons
    • May cause heel slip for some riders

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

Bad souls for MTB flat pedals!

Only these boots are 4 months old and the soul catching part is gone. I kept slipping off the pedals and then found that my flat MTB pedals had eaten them all. not strong enough. Wouldn't recommend buying for mountain bikes

    Pros
    • They look and feel great, I've only used them once and they do the job.
    Cons
    • The soles on them started falling apart after the first ride...

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Good shoes for the money

Pretty good cycling shoes both on the bike and on the road. Lighter than it looks. I love the firm feel of the thick sole and wear them for both hiking and cycling. Cool army green. I have a second pair of the same cycling shoes that are much better. Lighter, better fit, quality construction. But I paid $150 for it. You get what you pay for. For under $100, they're as good as it gets.

    Pros
    • Great shoes for my e-bike
    Cons
    • Not suitable for wet weather

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

    Disappointing in my opinion

Very good shoe, unfortunately I got the wrong size twice, so I can't say much about it. They would be a good price and they were good but come on I'll never know about comfort or durability.

    Pros
    • The size chart helped to choose the right size available for comparing European and American sizes. Great.
    Cons
    • Requires the right pedals for efficient use

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect for the track in my opinion

Comfort from the first ride. Multiple trips and you can carry them anytime. Durable and easy to care for. Contribute great pedal power. They also look cool, but not overdone.

    Pros
    • Now I can squeeze my petals better in these shoes.
    Cons
    • Don't buy this. Sold began to fall apart after the first ride. I have 5 months. See my photo.
