Didn't last that long...

The rubber outsole is terrible and tears too easily. Small tears after 1-2 rides, solid denudation after 5-6 rides. The photo is attached after 2 months of about 20 trips. The area that comes into contact with the pedals is completely bare. Many Giro soles appear to have a similar pattern and rubber. Save money, buy another brand!

Pros
  • Fit as expected, good shoes
Cons
  • Limited versatility in use

Didn't last that long...

I had high hopes for this shoe based on the reviews I read online. I bought these for my 14 year old to ride a BMX bike. He only wore them for cycling, not to school or to sports. The soles lasted a month. The top is still in good shape, but that was only to be expected for a month. . Wouldn't recommend it.

Pros
  • They are designed with an adjustable closure system, allowing users to customize and lock in the fit to their liking.
Cons
  • Not suitable for drivers who prefer a minimalist design.

So far, so good! good for me

Well I've done three +20 mile rides (actual mountain biking) and they're doing great. nothing like previous reviews. I am a very very good alternative at half the price.

Pros
  • Excellent inversion me sirve para andar enBicicleta y también me sirve para vestir
Cons
  • It is not enough to order shoes one size larger

HORRIBLE QUALITY best in my rating

These shoes are terrible. I've been using them for 4 months now and the sole has completely slipped into the soft foam part underfoot. They are so worn that I have to replace them as they no longer have a clutch. It is totally unacceptable for a pair of shoes worth more than $100 to wear out in 4 months.

Pros
  • Fit, comfort and style are way better than their new styles. Also suitable for streetwear.
Cons
  • Not suitable for long journeys

5 out of 5! the best in my rating

Great shoes at a great price! The laces stay tucked away even with the thickest of items. I can't be happier with this purchase!

Pros
  • They have a very comfortable and soft insole that provides support and comfort during use.
Cons
  • May cause bruising for some users

Cool my pros and cons

Ideal for platform shoes with steel spikes. The shoes fit and don't slip. Comfortable enough for everyday wear, and the style doesn't make you look like you're wearing Frankenstein shoes (like a famous mountain bike shoe brand).

Pros
  • The shoes offer excellent traction and grip on all types of terrain, keeping you safe and stable while cycling.
Cons
  • May cause discomfort to drivers with pre-existing medical conditions.

Sweet trip, my opinion

Great shoes. Wide legs and lots of space. Average wearing size US 11.5-12/EU46. 12 ordered because they were 46 EU. Could have gone for a size 11.5 for a tighter fit but they didn't have a stock/return size. Sticky bottom, great top and great durability. Use for FR/DH

Pros
  • Bad Molto Bene
Cons
  • Restricted ventilation can lead to odor problems

The sole should have better wear resistance.

The tread on this piece had to have flat pedal shoes. Stylish and durable. Handy “lace-keeper” loop on top of each shoe keeps laces from being eaten by your bike’s gears.. I noticed some wear and tear on the soles of the shoes.

Pros
  • Stylish and durable. A convenient lace storage loop at the top of each boot prevents your laces from being eaten by your bike's gear.
Cons
  • Limited sizes available

As described, regular fit.

The overall quality is good. The insole could have had a little more arch support. They can be removed, so I'll probably replace them at some point if the need arises.

Pros
  • Great shoes - very comfortable!!!! Thanks
Cons
  • May be too narrow or too wide for some users

Good shoe rating from me

I love these shoes. They are moderately durable. Super comfortable, I wear it every day. If you're reading this, you're thinking "what". MTB shoes are preferred. I like to stay in the pedals, so I wear 510s. But they are great and allow you to adjust your feet more easily. They offer moderate support to my flats.

Pros
  • My boyfriend loves these mountain bike shoes. Durable and comfortable
Cons
  • May not provide adequate support for riders with certain foot problems.

That's enough for half a season

I'm disappointed. The profile of the shoe breaks very quickly under the pedals. For the price it's not worth it and you might only get Five Tens. I don't drive that hard. Although they look good.

Pros
  • Work great, comfortable and keep the pedals tight
Cons
  • Heavy construction can affect ride quality

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very convenient, but can work "small ".

I've already worn them on two fifty mile rides and they've proven to be comfortable and provide good support. Sole "stickiness" just right; I had no problem adjusting the pedal position while riding. However, to be on the safe side, I ordered a size up, and I was right; they can work "small". Regardless, my experience has led me to conclude that they represent very good value for money.

Pros
  • The shoes are breathable, keeping feet cool and preventing sweat from building up, which can be uncomfortable and distracting.
Cons
  • Limited drainage for wet conditions

A big problem at best in my rating

I liked everything about this shoe from the start (looks, comfort, functionality, price), but there is one big problem. The clutch on the bottom is too soft and easily breaks with the fingers of the pedals. Now the ground is a squished mess and the grip isn't very good. I ride 2-3 times a week and my butt was destroyed in just a few months. They're probably great for casual riders or very active riders, but I'll upgrade them to fifty freeriders.

Pros
  • Bad sole, way too hard! After a short time, eruptions in the sole
Cons
  • Limited ankle support

Slippery! last rating

The sole is too hard and doesn't hold onto the pedals at all. I used them twice, gave up and bought a pair of Five Tens instead. No comparison at all. Five tens where it's at

Pros
  • The shoes have a stylish and elegant design, which makes them a great addition to any cyclist's wardrobe.
Cons
  • Requires special socks for optimal performance

Comfortable and looks great!

I wanted a simple but attractive looking pair of shoes to use when going on a longer e-bike ride. These Giro shoes are perfect. Super comfortable and they look great. Ideal for riding or just as casual wear. Recommend!

Pros
  • The shoes are light and durable. I like that. It fits perfectly.
Cons
  • The sole ripped completely after just a few rides.
