It got me addicted to bike caps!

Oh man I love that stupid hat. I have a blue giro helmet and chose this matching hat. The price was great. Benefits Protects the face from perspiration. Provides some protection from the sun while driving. Easy to clean and no need to tumble dry. I went without it and I felt uncomfortable. Great addition to your riding gear.

Pros
  • GOLS certificate
Cons
  • Expensive

The quality is mixed, the size is quite small.

I'm not sure if I have the original or not but this hat is definitely too small and the quality is not what I'm used to from this brand (e.g. the brims are bad stitched and the logo is far from centered.I'm a big head guy and it's more like a brimmed hat.I still use it on some rides because it's easier to put in my bag than big cotton bike caps .

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • I won't say anything

My favorite summer cycling cap

I have a big head (size 7.5 big but not XL). Many cycling caps are too small for me. This one is very convenient. It's also nicely shaped to fit comfortably under a bike helmet. The fabric is lightweight, breathable and wicks moisture well to keep sweat off my eyes. The edge protects against sun and/or rain. I've tried many other cycling caps over the years and this one fits me the best.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...

A great hat all round.

I've had this hat for a long time. I was concerned that warmer weather would be too hot, but so far everything has been fine (currently June in the Northern Hemisphere). I got caught in the rain and the beak prevented the water from dripping onto my glasses. The Konto offers good morning/evening sun protection when the sun is low on the horizon. The cap keeps my hair out of the helmet vents (don't you like that?) and best of all I don't look like a pirate. What's not to like?

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Can't remember

Very small, thin.

I understand that the cycling cap should be somehow waterproof, but that's just ridiculous. I don't have a giant head, but this hat is too small for comfort. The size chart provided does not make sense, the item is listed as "One Size" not "One Size" or "One Size" (the actual cap is so marked) but one size. The size chart doesn't even list it so you're pretty much left in the dark until you get it. I'm also very disappointed with the edge/tip quality, it's too weak. For the price of this item…

  • Doping 🔥
Cons
  • A few little things

Does a great job keeping sweat out of my eyes.

Protects the eyes perfectly from perspiration. Without them, the pads on the front of my helmet got wet and it dripped into my eyes every time I looked up. It absorbs sweat which makes me more comfortable and able to see which helps when riding. I don't have a big head but it's a little tight. It's not too tight but leaves a line on my forehead when I take it off. If your head is even slightly larger than average, this may not be suitable. The visor may be too big. I can't stand it upside down…

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Safety

Finally a hat that fits my big head

For years I have struggled with dents on my forehead after riding. All the cycling caps I wear have been narrow and the hard brim has been pushed up to the forehead. I then deal with indentations for hours after the ride. This is a significant part of my life considering I ride in the morning 4-5 times a week. This hat is larger, softer and the brim pressure is distributed in a wider band resulting in less padding. Longer than the original, maybe 5mm or so, and it still looks good but is a bit…

fits comfortably on a size 7.5 head (unlike most other brands)

Good cycling cap. It's thin, stretchy, and shaped to easily fit under a bike helmet. I have a large head (size 7.5) and it fits me (most cycling caps are too small for me) but it has elastic at the back so it also fits a smaller head. The size is slightly larger than the Castelli caps which for me are more comfortable and less comfortable on the head. The edge folds up or down for sun or rain protection in a variety of conditions. Polyester fabric wicks moisture and breathes much better than…
