Protects the eyes perfectly from perspiration. Without them, the pads on the front of my helmet got wet and it dripped into my eyes every time I looked up. It absorbs sweat which makes me more comfortable and able to see which helps when riding. I don't have a big head but it's a little tight. It's not too tight but leaves a line on my forehead when I take it off. If your head is even slightly larger than average, this may not be suitable. The visor may be too big. I can't stand it upside down with the helmet on and it obstructs my vision a bit.
