This is a good compact heater. My son has a desk in our unfinished basement. As it is unfinished, it gets hot in summer and cold in winter. This is a great unit because he can use it for two purposes that other units don't offer. He tried heat and said it would work great. He warms the entire area in which he works.

This little heater works very well. The only thing I can say against it when starting to use it is that it's so light and small that it's not very stable on carpet or rugs. It tips over very easily. In fact, I just tested it on a hard, flat surface and it wasn't much more stable on that surface. The small size and light weight therefore makes it very easy to tip over almost anywhere.

When I took my product out of the box I just shook my head and wondered if this little heater would work as well as the other reviews I've read. Well, to my amazement when I plugged it in. Voila! Works well. I bought it because I live alone and wanted to save on heating bills in winter. I keep my thermostat pretty low and put this heater in the room I'm in.
