Good but not great: 3D Printing Filament

I've now printed about half a roll of this filament on my Ultimaker 2+. So far I've been impressed when printing with a 0.6mm nozzle on "high" or "normal" settings. The main non-detailed parts come out as I expected. This material was ideal for making simple parts with minimal detail. However, when printing with a 0.4mm nozzle with very precise settings, the media didn't work well at all. The material came out in streaks and drips and the nozzle was closed several times. Excellent performance but short lifespan

I have a conflict. Gizmo Dork's Filament prints better than Inland and Matterhackers, but doesn't hold up as well to outdoor storage. I've gotten smoother surfaces and better lugs from Gizmo Dorks, I've been able to tighten tolerances in my designs and get a tighter mechanical fit out of it. But only half of the spool could be used before the spool became "crispy". It starts to break in the Bowden tube when the filament straightens out. You can see that half of the thread is green and the other
