The fabric is thin; You must use 2 to avoid bag ripping/tearing

Most Glad products are great, but this bag is paper thin and doesn't stretch at all; these are tears. So when using them, "don't fill the bag" as dirt can easily break through the bag. You use more bags because you can't fill them. What I do is double the sacks when I put them in the dumpster to fill them up a little more. But once I've used up this set I'll move on to another Glad bag that's more durable.

Pros
  • Box is made from 100% recycled cardboard. At least 35% posts with consumer content.
Cons
  • Expensive Insurance

Sturdy enough for a busy kitchen

I go through a lot of them. I love that I can tie them easily and they are thick enough to absorb liquids without leaking or puncture easily.

Pros
  • The box is made from 100% recycled cardboard. At least 35% posts with consumer content.
Cons
  • I have doubts

The fabric is thin; Use 2 to keep pouch from tearing

Most Glad products are great, but this pouch is as thin as cigarette paper and doesn't stretch at all; these are tears. So when using them, "don't fill the bag" as dirt can easily break through the bag. You use more bags because you can't fill them. What I do is double the sacks when I put them in the dumpster to fill them up a little more. But once I've used up this set I'll move on to another Glad bag that's more durable.

Pros
  • Proven strength, great price
Cons
  • Poor instructions
