high quality, easy installation.

I bought a wall light for our bedroom that fits perfectly. Well packaged, delivery in 2 days. After unpacking the box, this is exactly what I wanted. I was surprised by the quality at this price. Easy installation, screws and even some spare screws are included. Thoughtful! Once installed, the lamp creates a really cozy and vintage atmosphere in our bedroom. The design gives me a feeling of old European craftsmanship. However, bulbs must be purchased separately. I use old lightbulbs. I think…

DOES NOT ARRIVE AS SPECIFIED - Cables not included, needs to be hardwired!

The product did NOT come as described. I bought 2 and neither of them included a 6 inch cable in the description. Not only that, step 1 of the installation guide is basically about hiring an electrician. The instructions encourage you to contact them directly with any problems before leaving feedback, which I have done and have never received a response from them. The materials aren't very strong (but it was a cheap part, so I wasn't too surprised by that, although I'll say it will probably…

Great and easy to install

I didn't want to hire an electrician to install the lighting in my Victorian office so these lamps were perfect! I think some browsers must have had a lot of user errors as I had no trouble installing them or replacing the lightbulbs. Seriously, changing a lightbulb isn't that hard. They also look very nice and not cheap. All of them are metal and glass. The rear wires have been capped so they don't need to be grounded like someone else said - they're only there if you decide to change them…

Excellent customer service - less than I thought - glass shattered during installation - not easy to install!

After my first message, the company contacted me and specifically promised to take proactive steps to resolve my issues. They also covered the investment related to my first purchase 😀 I'm giving them another star for their customer centric approach! First tip: follow the instructions. Installation was a mess and still is! The holes in the electrical box were too small. I had to drill! Bend things! Glass breakage during installation. Not as big as I thought. I have no idea if the second one…
