I'm 5'5 148 lbs and normally wear a medium/large in women's and large/x-large in juniors. I purchased an XL in this, because of the sizing chart, and will be returning for a Large, because it's a little too big in the butt/crotch, and just a smidge in the chest. I love the quality of this piece. It's completely sheer because of the fabric but there are different levels of sheerness because the fishnet material has larger holes and the lace obviously has smaller holes. It's not super stretchy but I'd say it's the perfect amount of stretch for what's needed - it has enough give to be comfortable.

This is not for tall girls. The defined waist is near my boobs. The quality and fabric is good - simply not a good fit for taller girls. I even read the reviews before buying to make sure it would be ok for talla, but not the case for the one I received.
