Dried makeup in makeup

I usually love this mascara. really dry this time. basically useless. very disappointed. Went back to my good old OTC brand Walgreens 😩

You cannot return this item if something is wrong with it.

I have already bought this product through a beauty salon and I was very satisfied. This time I ordered from Amazon. The product I received is completely dry. It's useless. I paid $23 for a product I can't use. I will never order this product again.

Ideal for sensitive skin.

I have blepharitis which causes swelling, itching and pain in my eyelids. I was told I can't wear makeup after designing it. This brand is one of the few that I can wear without too much trouble. In most cases no problems and every now and then a little itching the next day. This is not a product issue. I recommend this for people with eyelid problems as it doesn't cause any swelling or pain after wearing it.
