Needed a pairing solution, would be better with a wall dimmer

Initially I couldn't pair the light to my phone as my router is broadcasting 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz frequencies and I can't change can allow the phone to use 2.4GHz. On some phones this is possible. not mine. In order to use these displays when your phone cannot be tuned to 2.4GHz, you must: 1. Put your phone in flight mode2. Turn on WiFi3. Walk away from the router until the Wi-Fi4 signal drops. Turn around and slowly walk towards the router. Because a 2.4GHz signal travels further than 5GHz, your…

Cool product but manufacturing defects need attention

I have ordered 14 of these lights to install in my bedroom, kitchen and breakfast area to replace some of the smaller 4 inch LED bulbs that we didn't like it. I wasn't bright enough. We liked the option to change the white light temperature and they were bright enough. The color changing effect wasn't necessary, but it's an additional feature that we wanted to try. Defective lamps stop working in less than 60 days. Support refused to help!

In September I bought 18 recessed lights from Globe and paid an electrician $90 each to have them installed for me by the end of September. 18 lights installed, 11 of which are not working now, less than 60 days later. He installed them on two different switches and everything was fine until 2 weeks ago.
