One word: Phew. I have no doubt that this milk replacer is of the highest quality, but the taste did not allow us to take advantage of all of its nutritional properties. Also the texture is THICK. You may have to try the flavored version, but we'll probably shy away from it because of the texture.

Tried this as a replacement for Silk Protein Nut Milk which is currently no longer available from Revain Fresh. I use nut milk in my coffee and enjoy the creamy consistency. This product is watery, not creamy, and has an odd sour taste. I also hate the plastic bottle for environmental reasons and because the plastic seeps into the product and increases the amount of plastic we all eat. I love it! Where has she been my whole life without milk? I never liked the soy alternative. Allergic to nuts, so almond milk is out. The texture is great, smooth and handles flakes well.
