Everything is fine and working fine but the bluetooth range is terrible compared to the Jabra "GO" series. Barely 10ft from base even at high power. GO has a range of >100 feet through walls.

Provides everything a UC headset needs and more. The desktop phone lifter interface is a bit annoying. You must wait for the beep in your ears before picking up the phone, otherwise the lifter will get confused.

The sound quality of the product is good. The product does everything it describes. Generally easy to use. If you don't switch to standby mode between calls, the battery won't last all day. If you talk verbatim all the time, I doubt you'll survive the day. But maybe I'm wrong. The previous version of the product had fewer features, but the headset fitted better.

The item has already been opened/used as evidenced by the packaging tape securing the lid; Details outside are enclosed in plastic bags, and the headset itself is not in the box! Bought 8 of these this year. Of the 8, only 3 still work - and one of them is due to be replaced. The headset suddenly works in the middle of the day for no reason and without any change. We just answer the phone and they don't work. I have potentially 20 people who could use these headphones but I won't be buying another one. they are garbage.
