Well my adopted kittens loved it but I didn't. It doesn't mix well and I just couldn't get the kittens to poop on it regularly.

I usually buy KMR or Petlac but they were out of stock so I tried this one. The kittens weren't doing as well as the others. At least from a nutritional standpoint, it helped, which is good. I would recommend this as a backup if KMR or Petlac aren't available.

This formula is almost impossible to dissolve in water. No matter how long you shake it or what method you use, you'll end up with large, medium, and small clumps. You may be able to blend it in a real blender. I'm not going to buy a blender to blend kitten food so I threw 2 cans in the trash.

I used this product for my second adopted kitten. For the 1st kitten I used a different brand. Kittens ate and grew up on both products! What I didn't like about this product is that I mixed it in a 4 ounce jar with a lid. Convenient to use in a bottle or dropper. If this product was not used in a quick feed, it became very thick.
