If you are using Go Power with onan generators and are having trouble shutting down, change the charge from multi-charge to trickle charge. Then allow the generator set to settle before turning on the charger. You can also have a ground loop if you don't remove the inverter mounting screw.

This remote works well and has a long enough cable to connect the inverter in your RV. This remote is required to change settings on the IC3000 so it's a must have, especially if you have a lithium battery. One star deducted because the head amp freezes sometimes and I have to unplug the data cable from the inverter to get it working again.

No need to buy this separately if you buy 2000 OR 3000 IC. When I bought the 2000 the description said it came with a remote control but when I bought the 3000 it didn't say it came with a remote control so I bought it. Mistake. One remote came with it so I sent the other one back.
