Lid is difficult to screw on and off. How difficult is it to make a screw cap easy to unscrew? Not worth the price just because of this defect.

I liked the product apart from the rotten egg/sulphur smell it produces. Read other reviews that mentioned this. Rinsed, soaked etc more than enough time since I received the kit yesterday. Still produces an odor. The water still tastes good, but the smell is enough for me to avoid.

The problem with the lid is that it doesn't close properly and the bottle starts to leak and sometimes the bottle just falls off and the bottom gets wet, onde happens to be my prisoner and another in my bed. Unfortunately I did not return this product because I got COVID and was ill for 1 month, garbage product. I have another bottle, more, and it works fine.

The product does not work as described in the written description. It takes at least 48 hours to reach a base level of 8.5 to 9.5. As a cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy, I don't have time to wait 48 hours to bring alkaline water. The published image shows the measurement of alkali content after one hour in a Gofilter. I thought it would be a solution but it's just a waste of money.

I used the bottle with the filter in place as directed and didn't notice any change in flavor until the 3rd or 4th bottle. After that I felt it had a really alkaline water taste and I was happy with the bottle and filters. I like the bottle, heavy and metal, the lid closes tight BUT this bottle is not needed for filters. If you have a water bottle that you already use and love, I recommend you just take the filters out and put them in your current bottle.

I bought a 22oz bottle with two brewers. The bottle is just the perfect size. Not big or small. It fits perfectly in my car cup holder and holds just the right amount of water. One of the infusors that came with it broke but the support team fixed it right away. Another infuser was used and you know what? Water tastes like water. No smells or bad taste. I liked that this is an American company and I was looking for a good way to make portable alkaline water so I thought what am I missing? From the start the water ran all night to get to 9.5ph, not the promised 15 minutes but I was totally fine with that. I'm traveling and putting a bottle down for a couple of weeks.
