Installation was easy. But while I was tightening the ball joint, the bracket itself broke. I didn't even tighten it with much force. Now it's just garbage.

I didn't see in the insert that it was a 0.5" ball mount. I had to buy a 0.5" phone holder. They work great The 1" ball and ram works great on the right side of the handlebar.

Fits but doesn't match the rest of the steering wheel cover. I was expecting more OE match. Even if you think this would work for a RAM ball mount, it's not the right size.

I like the fact that this is the only mount for this style of Goldwing bike but the machining of the handlebar clamp leaves too much wiggle room for me not very important, but that's why I can't give 5 stars

I lost one of the screws (my fault) and the seller was willing to send me a new screw for free. I don't often see the level of customer service, but when I do they should be recognized. But I gave this product 4 stars because it doesn't easily fit on the Goldwing 2018+ footrest. I'm not sure, but the footpeg leg cannot be machined to exact size and this is based solely on my observations. But this product is well made and seems to last longer than a bike.
