It's so simple it was confusing at first. However, once you start using it, it makes sense. It would be nice to have instructions, but they get the job done and allow you to control your racquet as you hit.

I bought this for my dad on Father's Day. It could be a great product but my dad was looking for some sort of guide to make sure he was using it correctly but there were no guides. Also some very simple instructions would be very helpful.

I took it back after almost 15 years without a golf. With a layoff and an aging body, I need to relearn. When I learned golf at a young age, I used little or no training aids.
