This product is awesome. It has proven itself very well as a training aid for both the right and left hand during swing. And since both tools are tied to your hands, you can use these tools with all of your clubs as usual. As a result, after 3 weeks of training with it, my ball flight accuracy and consistency improved by at least 30%.

I use every tool and don't write many reviews, but I feel the need to be part of the social world and speak my mind, which I often do. I wasn't sure if it was a gimmick (not in principle but in quality) but it's a quality product that does what it does. A bit pricey but hey, after you get used to it, watch the DVD and you'll see that it will help you a lot without thinking about your swing and shot. and as your arms move, your legs and body really start to flow as well. I like it.

Here's a quick rundown: 1) This is for very high handicap golfers who may be just starting out 2) Power lag on the right wrist is somewhat useful for feedback This will keep your wrists fully flexed at the top of the backswing and most usefully at impact. 3) A "flat wrist" on the left wrist would be helpful if you have a lot of flexion in that wrist. This is an update of my original comment. I bought a second one as I lost the first one. Now I can get behind the bat and hit the ball. It has helped me discover and unlock the hidden power of golf shots and improved my shot quality and stability. I highly recommend this product, it's the best on the market.
