This is an update of my original comment. I bought a second one as I lost the first one. Now I can get behind the bat and hit the ball. It has helped me discover and unlock the hidden power of golf shots and improved my shot quality and stability. I highly recommend this product, it's the best on the market. I'm more confident that I can hold the magic wrist angle on the backswing the longest and squeeze the head of the ball. There's no better feeling than hitting the ball clean and clean. These two products are the real deal. One thing to keep in mind, be patient, give yourself some time and don't rush your progress and you will be rewarded. I lowered my score by 8 hits. I have better control of the ball and trajectory. Great for your short h= game, I can spin the ball like a HIPPIE HEAD ON THE GREENE, got this for Christmas, I really like these tools. It was very difficult for me to correct my excess travel and after just a few days my racquet was moving in the right plane with PowerLag and hitting with a flat wrist on impact. The accompanying DVD contains many exercises and tips. I recommend watching the DVD before using the product as it can be a bit confusing how to use the product without watching the video. FYI: I started with both products with small test shots. and I've gradually developed it to the point where I now feel confident throwing full shots with proper delay and a flat wrist at the moment of impact. .I highly recommend this product -
