The black part of the lid fell off the first time I used it and I couldn't put it back on. This made it difficult to use. It did a good job cleaning the grill but still took a lot of elbow grease.

An excellent product to tidy up a really messy old weaver. The grill is great but I need help. It helps. I'll add 5 stars if I remove all the dirt: this is a multi-step cleaning!

Bought to clean the grill before a big party. I always judge these products by whether they are better than soap and water. We sprayed and walked for a few minutes. It did the job better than soap and water, but it's no magic. Still needs cleaning. I'm taking off a star because while it was good, it needs some cleaning.

The only cleaner I use on my Weber 18" Smoky Mountain. Does a great job cleaning all the dark stains and removing stuck charcoal and burnt on food. Just a tip grill /Smoker 4-6 hours before use Make sure you remove all soap and bubbles from the grill to avoid getting soap fumes on food.

Spray or two of this product onto hot or cold BBQ grill plate, pan, internals, wait a few minutes and wipe off. No smelly fumes, works better than EasyOff or other "green" products. Buy it in a pack of 2 so you never run out when cleaning. Will not damage my gas grill's stainless steel or porcelain surfaces.

It just didn't work for me. I wanted to remove some debris from the outside of my grill. I've tried spraying a few times, oiling my elbows etc. My stainless steel grill was only 3 weeks old at the time so the build up wasn't that severe. I got some Zep degreaser from Home Depot which cleaned the outside of the grill in no time with minimal effort. I have other sticky products that have worked well but not this one.

I've used this thing a few times. I just don't know if I can get any better results from this than just lightly rubbing dish soap with a damp green brush at dawn. It also did not loosen or remove charred particles inside the grill lid. Honestly, this is one of those products that I tape under the sink and maybe even forget I have.

This product was purchased to clean 304 stainless steel cooking grates of carbon buildup. Sprayed and waited 10 minutes as directed. Nothing. I cleaned it with a stainless steel brush but the carbon deposits were not removed. I washed and dried the grids and then sprayed them again. This time I let Goo Gone run all night. In the morning I scraped the grates again with a stainless steel brush, but nothing, nada. Nagar was not removed.

I purchased this product to clean stainless steel cooking grates after successfully using Goo Gone Oven & Grill Cleaner. Based on the product name (Grill & Grate) I assumed it would work even better. Unfortunately it isn't. It is very thin and runs off the grate shortly after spraying. It does very little to loosen or soften the dirt burnt on the grill.
