The product was advertised as a YELLOW and a RED rubber can opener, but a RED and a WHITE can opener have arrived. It came quickly but I was a bit disappointed as it was a gift for someone with a red and yellow kitchen. Too bad they sent or advertised the correct colors. Otherwise no problem. You will do the job!

They are a bit thicker than regular bottle/can openers. I've tried one for this purpose and it seems to work, although I'm not very good at it because I have strong hands and can usually open jars that are stuck. I actually bought these because I needed small, relatively thin, non-porous rubber pads to mount them on the counter and they are perfect for that. BTW, to answer my question on this board, "small" is a package containing one piece of each shape.

They have no grip at all - in fact they create a much smoother grip than nothing at all. Threw it in the trash.
