I'm 6ft 3in, pants size 36-32 and it fits perfectly. I washed and dried them and didn't notice any shrinkage. Durable cotton, not cheap/thin. I love the pockets (front) and back. I ordered the 2nd pair!

I tried on the sleep pants after I received them in the mail. They were too big so I washed them. Now the pants are too short and tight at the hole. Totally uncomfortable! Really waste of money. Choose another brand.

This item is the wrong size for pajamas or slacks. These are very, very tight pants. Skinny legs, I think you call them skinny, that's how they sit. I'm not even sure if my husband would wear a size larger.
