I bought two packs because some reviews said the combs were hard plastic. However, in my opinion they are made of soft plastic, the same quality as in the dollar store. At least three combs are very small, like in children.

I bought this comb specifically for 1 comb. The comb is not bad, but not as good as before. It's not that heavy and the tips are a little prickly. The old comb has rounder and softer tips. Overall a great set for the price.
