Essential tools for air conditioning line repair

I find them indispensable when working on air conditioning. They allow you to completely close the ends of the line. Made my job a lot easier.

Stuck Coupling - Air Conditioning Line Repair Tools

Great price. However, one of the fittings was "sticky" and had difficulty turning when tested prior to unscrewing. I used it anyway and it worked. there were no leaks or binding, so the problem was not in the threaded part of the bushing, but in the connection of the shaft and bushing. Still not smooth like the other 2 but it works. And it's a great price.

So far so good good for air conditioning tools and equipment

Ball valves provide a good shut off mechanism for the YJ gauge I bought. Ball valves are smooth. The threads are fine, not rough, not leaking, which is my biggest concern before placing an order. Red, blue, yellow plastic sleeves are very loose. They come off too easily. Too bad they didn't use those shrink wraps instead. But compared to other brands, they are reasonably priced and do the job.

a good and economical alternative to buying an in-line kit with valves built in.

the valves work fine and the seals seem fine. time will tell for sure. The only downside is the plastic cover on the valve handle. it doesn't fit and just falls off. A few drops of superglue fixed it, but it was still pretty annoying. Given the price, maybe I shouldn't complain. Overall a good product, good value and delivered very quickly.
