In the second set, the black toner cartridge only prints about 3/4 of a page, leaving a very light print on the right side. I thought maybe it was a problem with the printer but I changed the cartridge and it worked fine. Overall this brand has been _relatively_ reliable; We buy some and reserve our toner storage space for a couple of working HP printers. Compared to other 3rd party toner brands I find these guys quite reliable. Unfortunately, one of the four cartridges ran out in the last two orders (i.e. an average of 2 cartridges for 8 ordered). 12/01/2018 - I have downgraded my original rating below from 5 to 3 stars. The reason is that the yellow on the print bleeds a bit. Not that bad, but small yellow lines appear. Initially I didn't replace the yellow and magenta because they weren't blank yet, but then later I replaced them and that's when I saw the yellow streaks on the paper. Purple was ok. Update 9-2-18 When GPC learned of the issues I was having, they quickly took action to resolve the issue and promptly shipped a replacement kit. Looks like the old toner issues have been fixed and the new cartridges have been improved. Customer service was excellent.
